JT Dove selected Hownsgill industrial estate to be the next addition to their building materials chain.
They asked us to visit the site throughout the construction phase to take various progress shots, so they could publicise these on social media to their followers.

NEWGATE STREET, MORPETH
Northumberland Ltd asked us to work with them on their new project on Newgate Street – The Old Registry. Bringing life back into the Grade 2 Listed Building, the property developers are converting them into apartments while keeping the character intact.
Our job was to take aerial photography of the construction process, from start to finish; revisiting the site at different stages in the development.

SPARTAN UK LTD, DUNSTON
Spartan UK Ltd are the UK’s only quatro steel plate re-roller. Established in 1999, the company have extended their site building by building; hence the different coloured roofs.
Spartan UK contacted us to conduct a roof survey, taking close up HD pictures of all of their buildings. This give them a better idea of the condition of their roofs, so they could put a maintenance plan together for repairs.
